1. Grade Point Average:

• Graduates (S1): minimum of 3.00 (on a 4.00 GPA scale) or equivalent
• Post-graduates (S2): minimum of 3.20 (on a 4.00 GPA scale) or equivalent

2. Maximum age for selection:

• Graduates (S1): 25 year old
• Post-graduates (S2): 27 year old

3. Demonstrate professional dispositions with good networking and communication skills

4. No member of the nuclear family currently working in Bank Mandiri (i.e. parents, siblings)

5. Single and remain to be unmarried during the first year of the program
